SignAble provides an assistive technology solution to help the deaf overcome the barriers they face in daily communication. Through our mobile app and web based service, the deaf can choose from various options which help them communicate with the hearing. We hope to make the world more inclusive for the deaf.
September was a busy month for our team. We conducted extensive outreach programs to familiarize the individuals as well as businesses regarding our services.
SignAble’s Deaf Engagement Officer, Rupmani Chhetri was invited as a guest speaker at the Northern Railways’ Seminar for Physically Disabled Employees as part of the Railways’ Accessible India Campaign. She spoke about empowerment of the deaf to the attendees. Watch her in action here.
Earlier in the month, Merril Diniz (Writer, Blogger and Digital Interview Host) and Tarun Sarwal (CEO, SignAble) were part of a live webinar to showcase how SignAble can remove barriers in communication for deaf people.
