After downloading and registering on the Signable App, you will need to subscribe to one of the available subscription plans to avail of SignAble services. You can view the subscription plans in the View Balance option on the home page of the app.

These subscription plans may change from time to time. Please refer to the SignAble App for the subscription plans.

Prices displayed for all subscription plans are inclusive of GST.

Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made through the Signable App. 

We encourage our customers to try the service in the first two weeks after purchase to ensure it fits their needs. If you are not satisfied with the service, you are eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase. 

The refund amount will be calculated on the unused minutes of the subscription plan. For example, if the subscription plan has a total of 30 minutes and you have used 10 minutes of service after which you decide not to continue, the refund amount will be equivalent to the price of the unused minutes, which is 20 minutes in this case. 

To request a refund, contact customer support on the Signable App or email at finance@signable.live .

The refund will be activated within 48 hours of the request. Once the refund is activated, it will take up to 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank.

No refunds will be issued for any unused minutes after the validity period of the subscription plan.
